Chief Financial Officer
Job Description:
Develop procedures and ensure accurate implementation of the recording, classifying, and summarizing of daily financial transactions.
Ensure full implication of International Accounting Standards (IAS).
Supervise accounts staff to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Authorize all ledger postings.
Check and finalize the payroll for final approval from Chief Executive Officer.
Review and verify bank reconciliation statements of all bank accounts prepared by reporting staff.
Monitor the aging of receivables and set party-wise ceilings in reference to receivables under the guidelines of the Chief Executive Officer and Feed Sales SOP.
Authorize payments for approved bills and ensure receiving from parties through reporting team members.
Responsible for on-time payments to suppliers after cross-checking the reports of PO, Delivery Challan, GRNs, and Invoices with Sales Tax Receipts.
Responsible to ensure for on time and accurate payments of all bills and invoices
Assist Chief Executive Officer in performing cash planning according to budgeted expenses
Formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets in collaboration with other department heads
Compute, set, and define standards for the company’s financial performance for the year/quarter and seek approval from Chief Executive Officer.
Develop final accounts in the shape of balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flows, and Financial Analysis on a monthly/quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
Should remain up to date with all applicable tax laws and SROs related to Company business.
Conduct quarterly meetings for setting/reviewing/revising KPIs and KRAs of the reporting staff. As well as conduct time-to-time performance monitoring sessions (as & when required)

Role description:
Conducting the on-site survey.
Create detailed drawings based on survey findings.
Preparing the design documents and proposals.
Qualification:
Proficiency in design engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and product design.
